Meet you at the gate as you step off the plane
Secure and personable service through the airport
Easy luggage retrieval and delivery to your awaiting vehicle
Communication with your driver, rental car company or point of contact
Transportation coordination as needed

DEPARTURE SERVICES INCLUDE:

Easy communication to confirm logistics
Efficient curbside greeting
Expedited check-in with pre-printed boarding passes and luggage claim checks if record locator number is provided
Secure and personable service through the airport
Express service at Security without waiting in long lines
We wait with you until you board the plane
Communication with your point of contact to confirm pane's departure

PRICING:

$150.00 - 1 to 2 people traveling

$175.00 - 3 people traveling

$200.00 - 4 people traveling

$225.00 - 5 people traveling

$250.00 - 6 people traveling

Please contact us for groups of more than 6 people.

$100.00 - Express service through Security without escorting to the gate

7.4% tax will be added to the total upon billing

ADDITIONAL FEES:

$25.00 for services before 8am or after 8pm

$50.00 for services before 6am or after 11pm

$25.00 per hour for delayed flights and staff is already on location

$50.00 cancellation fee if within 12 hours

$50.00 added to rates for services in Santa Fe

Please contact us to discuss your personal assistance needs so we may customize a plan that exceeds your expectations. Utilized a lot by A-list talent and executives who do not have their assistant travel with them to New Mexico.
