Ivan Wiener, President
Ivan Wiener is a 19-year veteran in the hospitality and service industry. He began his career as a Concierge at the Grand Hyatt Washington DC in 1992, went on to serve as Head Concierge of the historic Watergate Hotel and was a proud member of the prestigious worldwide concierge organization, Les Clefs d'Or. In 1999, he opened Just Call Ivan - DC's premiere personal concierge service. Clients included Washington, DC's sports teams and visiting athletes, corporate executives and the film and entertainment industry.
He rejoined Hyatt Hotels & Resorts in 2002 at the Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort & Spa just north of Albuquerque, New Mexico as Director of Concierge & Guest Services. In 2004, his department was honored by being #1 in overall guest satisfaction throughout Hyatt Corporation. In 2005, Ivan became Resort Sales Manager for the entertainment industry, achieving record sales through his network of industry contacts.
Ivan's passion for world-class service and bringing resources together inspired the creation of Reel Solutions in May 2008. The company provides concierge, talent relations, personal assistance, consulting and production services to the film, television and entertainment industries.
Ivan also serves as Executive Producer of the Albuquerque Film Festival, co-producer of Albuquerque Comic Con, associate producer of the hit television show ‘The After After Party with Steven Michael Quezada’, Director of the New Mexico Entertainment Museum and Hall of Fame and has been a producer on several small budget films and documentaries. His latest venture, Reel Simple Life , is a division of Reel Solutions, offering companies and busy professionals celebrity status for everyday life.
Tamaya L. Toulouse, COO
Tamaya is an Albuquerque native who began her professional career as a political campaign manager in New Mexico in 1994. She also worked in the Office of the Governor, on the staff of the NM State Senate and for lobbyists before moving to Washington, DC in 1996 to work on Capitol Hill.
After returning from DC in 2000, Tamaya worked her way through school in restaurants while completing her BA in Dance (her childhood passion) at UNM. She opened Toulouse Dance, a small private studio in downtown Albuquerque in 2005. While she still teaches private classes now and again, Tamaya has spent the last five years working in Medical Education for chronic disease patients and physicians before taking on Retail Marketing for a homeopathic pharmaceutical company.
Tamaya brings 17 years of combined experience in teaching, service, PR, education and marketing to Reel Simple Life, becoming COO in June of 2011. She manages contract negotiations, daily operations and PR and communications for the company and is currently pursuing her MBA in Small Business.
